Restoration Study

In September, 2004 the Carnegie Library Commission hired Bola Architechture + Planning to study restoration of the historic Snohomish Carnegie Library. This report is a result of that study. It includes a summary of the building's history, analysis of existing conditions, ideas for restoration and cost estimates.
